CDC is pleased to announce that as of April 30, 2012, Resolute Forest Products Iroquois Falls has joined our ever growing community of facilities using BPAL for their bulk procurement and logistics needs.

The Resolute Forest Products mill at 1 Park Street in Iroquois Falls, Ontario has manufacturing operations that produce newsprint and commercial printing papers.

The Resolute Forest Products mill in Iroquois Falls is using BPAL to manage the procurement of chips and chemical products delivered to the mill. BPAL’s Automated Weigh Scale module and Quality Analysis module along with the standard Administration functionality will be installed to automate their bulk procurement and logistics needs.

The BPAL installation at the Resolute Forest Products mill in Iroquois Falls will be tightly coupled with the existing BPAL installation at the Resolute Forest Products mill in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

CDC is pleased to announce that as of March 16, 2011, AbitibiBowater Fort Frances has joined our ever growing community of facilities using BPAL for their bulk procurement and management needs.

The AbitibiBowater mill at 427 Mowat Avenue in Fort Frances, Ontario has manufacturing operations that produce commercial printing papers and market pulp.

AbitibiBowater Fort Frances is using BPAL to manage the procurement of roundwood, chips, residue and chemical products delivered to the mill. BPAL’s Automated Weigh Scale module along with the standard Administration functionality will be installed to automate their bulk procurement and logistics needs.

The BPAL installation at the AbitibiBowater mill in Fort Frances will be tightly coupled with the existing BPAL installation at the AbitibiBowater mill in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where the BPAL Quality Analysis module will be used to perform testing on samples collected at the Fort Frances mill.
